Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy on ready-made items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Custom orders are non-refundable, therefore you will be approving it all along for both of us to be safe that we are on the same page.

Repairs cannot be undone or refunded.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest and easiest way to ensure a smooth process for an exchange is by contacting us via email at info@avenuestanfordjewelers.com for instruction on how to send the original item back and adjust the amount paid accordingly. 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after the item has been received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
Note that we have a 10% restocking fee.

 

Store Credit/ Gift Certificate
If you choose to have a store credit instead of a refund, there will be NO restocking fee. Full amount will be available as a store credit for 12 months.

You can also choose to have one certificate for the full amount or several gifts certificates in smaller amounts instead of a store credit. There will be NO restocking fee. Gift cards expire after 12 months after issuance.

 

Cancellations
We accept cancellation! If it's within 24 hours placing the order, it will only take 3 business days for the refund to process, if more than 24 hours, the refund will process as regular - within 10 business days after the cancellation has been requested. There will be 7% restocking fee. 

Custom order cancellations are not accepted, but the full amount will be available as a store credit for 12 months.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. In most cases, we can still continue working on adjustment till you love it. Exceptions might apply.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift certificates and custom computer aided design services.
